• BASIC PACKAGE (MONTH-TO-MONTH) :

    1.  Subscription fee is paid monthly, at US$ 18.00/month (including service fee and unlimited number of calls and length of calls from the USA to other countries around the world.

 2.  Charge for IP BOX (Please contact nearest AVITEL Agent for more information)

•  GOLD PACKAGE (6-MONTH PREPAID) :

1. Subscription prepaid fee for 6 months is US$ 96.00 (equivalent to US$ 16.00/month, saving 11% compared to the BASIC Package; including service fee and unlimited number of calls and length of calls from the USA to other countries around the world.

•  DIAMOND PACKAGE (12-MONTH PREPAID):

      1.   Subscription prepaid fee for 12 months is US$  168.00 (equivalent to US$ 14.00/month,  saving 22% compared to the BASIC Package;  including service fee and unlimited number of calls and length of calls from the USA to other countries around  the world

***  AVITEL is NOT responsible for the fee to forward calls from IP BOX to Cell phone and from Cell phone to IP BOX  

 

ATTENTION :  

Minimum of fund paid to account for outgoing calls is US$10.00 and up

AVITEL accepts payment through AVITEL Agents by cash, Visa or MasterCard:

1. If by cash, minimum is US$ 10.00; no maximum
2. If by credit cards, minimum payment is US$ 10.00;  Maximum payment is US$  500.00
3. AVITEL accepts payment on-line, at all  countries around the world, by Visa or MasterCard only, and in United States dollars only

Subscriber can switch to a different package at anytime, using the same IP BOX already paid for. For example, Subscriber chose the BASIC Package (pay monthly); after subscribed for ten days, if subscriber decides to switch to the DIAMOND Package, subscriber will prepay 12 months for the package and will not be refunded what subscriber already paid for the BASIC Package.  Subscriber can continue using the same IP BOX that subscriber already paid for.

 

THE UNIQUE FEATURE OF THE IP BOX:

In addition to the three service packages above mentioned, subscribers can purchase two IP BOXes to call each other (IP BOX to IP BOX).  All calls made between the two boxes are FREE OF CHARGE.  Subscribers can follow the steps below:

1. Purchase two IP Boxes
2. Select one of the three service packages for each of the two boxes
3. Must have access to Internet line
4. Follow instructions to connect Internet line with IP BOX (Refer to the Instruction Page)
5. After all set-ups have been completed
6. Subscriber can make outgoing calls to the second IP BOX and/or to other AVITEL subscribers FREE OF CHARGE (IP BOX to IP BOX)
